If the Trade-in Vehicle is delivered after the agreed delivery date or is not in the same condition as described in your Car Appraisal (eg. new damage or over 2,000 km difference to ODO reading), then Trade Advantage may adjust the balance payable by an amount equal to the change in the fair market value of the Trade-in Vehicle between the date of the Purchase Agreement and the delivery date.
